R2003 Release Matrix



The summary listing of Landmark and GeoGraphix software releases and patches for R2003 is now only available for download from Solution ID 92619 on the Customer Support Portal. If you are unsure how to access the portal or have any problems, please contact Landmark Customer Support at support@lgc.com.



The matrix lists the following information:

  • Version number and available platforms
  • Solution ID reference for Patch download
  • Software releases -
    To access software releases, contact your Landmark or Geographix Account Representative or send an email to support@lgc.com. After confirmation of your M&S eligibility, Landmark Distribution will ship a CD containing your requested release.

  • Software patches, service packs, updates, or hot fixes are noted below each release -
    You may access software patches and updates through the Customer Support Portal's Knowledge Base. If you are unable to download the these files, send an email to support@lgc.com. After confirmation of your M&S eligibility, Landmark Distribution will ship a CD containing your requested patch.

How to download patches

Select the Customer Care link, then the Search Knowledge Base icon

For the Basic Search link, enter values in the Keyword field.

  • Example: "seisworks patch" or "patch"
    (Keyword information is not case sensitive.)
  • Click the Search button.
  • To exit Search Knowledge Base, select the Customer Care menu option.

For the Advanced Search link, set the following parameters under the Published Solutions area:

  • Set Solution Type begins with "patch". (Entered values are not case sensitive.)
  • Enter a Product name.
  • Click the Search button.
  • To exit Search Knowledge Base, select the Customer Care menu option.


How to resolve patch download problems

If you have problems downloading a patch, it is important that you contact Customer Support. We will assist you with any download problems. Our long-term objective is to ensure that you can successfully download this information.

If we are unable to resolve the download problem, we will request that the information be shipped to you on CD.
