Landmark and GeoGraphix software documentation is accessible from the Customer Support Portal. This information is updated when new OpenBooks CDs are released. OpenBooks content contains product Release Notes, User Guides, Installation Guides and other documentation provided with the Landmark software installation under Online Help.

How to find Release Notes and software documentation

You must first log in to the Customer Support Portal. Select the Customer Care link, then the Search Knowledge Base icon

For best results, use the Advanced Search link and set the following parameters under the Published Solutions area:

  • Set Solution Type begins with "release"
    (entered values are not case sensitive)
  • Enter a Product name.
  • Click the Search button.
  • To exit Search Knowledge Base, select the Customer Care menu option.
